Craig Plowden: Managing Director and Founder
Revlogs is Craig’s brainchild and he is one of the founding directors of the Revlogs Group.
Based in the Cape Town office, Craig is responsible for growing the business and increasing the Revlogs Group’s client base through the development and implementation of a full suite of reverse logistics services. The establishment of in-house repairs division Revteq, and the much-anticipated roll-out of the consumer-facing Fetch it Fix it brand are just two such examples.
Craig’s MBA thesis explored the cost benefits and resultant increased profitability for organisations who outsourced or implemented a thorough reverse logistics operation versus those organisations who did not. The data showed that the organisations who took the reverse logistics process seriously saw a vast improvement in customer service which resulted in increased bottom line profits.
With the support of his management team, Craig ensures the group follows its growth and investment strategy.
